Meet Our Staff
A firm cannot achieve strong results unless it has superb administrative support on a day-to-day basis. The firm is fortunate enough to have a full-time support staff comprised of an office manager, a trained paralegal, a secretary, and a number of file/law clerks. These individuals are the firm’s backbone in terms of the administrative support they provide on virtually every case. When it comes time to prepare a case for trial or arbitration, these individuals prove invaluable. Our staff members are:
Janelle Pedersen was a founding member of the firm along with Neil Pedersen. For years Janelle was the Office Manager responsible for the firm’s business operations. While Janelle remains available as a Supervising Attorney for one of our many Certified Law Clerks and to make appearances as necessary, Janelle has recently semi-retired to a part-time position responsible for the firm’s trust accounting and the overall financial oversight of the firm.
Janelle has been a licensed attorney for almost 30 years, with a J.D. from Western State College of Law in 1987, a Master of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1976, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1973. Read More…
Jennifer Redding is the firm’s primary Legal Assistant. She is responsible for operations of the law firm such as preparing, filing and serving pleadings and correspondence. Jennifer is responsible for the day-to-day managing of the firm’s receptionist and file clerk responsibilities to ensure the firm’s filing system is always up to date. Jennifer logs, monitors and electronically scans all incoming and outgoing documents as an integral part of the firm’s digital paperless environment.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer procured her Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from South Coast University in Orange, California.
Anthony Pedersen has dual responsibilities at the firm.
As Intake Manager, Anthony will most likely be the first person you come in contact with if you seek our assistance. Whether you are contacting us through email, social media, or by phone, Anthony will be your first point of contact. Anthony monitors the status of every potential new client to be sure each such client is handled in a quick and appropriate manner. Anthony works closely with Neil Pedersen, the firm’s principal, who makes all intake decisions personally.
Anthony is also the firm’s Marketing and Social Media Manager, responsible for marketing efforts, managing the firm’s various social media platforms, and, as a former professional photographer, he is personally responsible for all firm photography and videography.
Kristina Coronado has been a member of the firm since 2006 and has served as the firm’s Certified Law Clerk and Certified Paralegal. Efficient, sharp and extremely organized, Kristina provides the firm with litigation support ranging drafting and compiling information for discovery responses, pleadings, motions and appeals; preparing presentations for various speaking engagements, drafting, reviewing and transmitting legal correspondence; communicating with clients, experts, and witnesses; organizing and analyzing discovery in preparation for hearings and trials; managing and electronically bates-stamping document productions; supervising law clerks and legal staff; preparing cases for trial and providing technical assistance during trial proceedings. Kristina is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish and is, therefore, an asset when communicating with our Spanish—speaking clientele. Read More…
“Lupe” Flores serves as the firm’s Office Administrator. Lupe’s primary responsibility is coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. She performs the firm’s day to day accounting, prepares all client invoicing ensuring clear, concise and accurate time and cost accounting, and handles accounts payable and payroll. She also supervises administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Her other responsibilities include stocking the office with office supplies, placing orders when necessary, managing calendars/travel arrangements/appointments for the attorneys. Lupe also creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Lupe is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, and is therefore able to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. She serves as one of the main contacts of our firm for its Spanish-speaking clientele.
